    founded Bold Woman Brands, and has worked with countless women entrepreneurs and mission-driven brands to cultivate positive social change and achieve business success.

    She is a committed mother, writer, and visual strategist, with an affinity for the creative process. Her work focuses on questioning, transforming, and inviting critical conversation on the cultural and emotional impacts of branding and marketing.

  • Randi Matthews (she/her)

    anticipates pop culture trends, analyzes consumer insights, and navigates the ever-changing digital media landscape.

    As CEO and Founder of Multi-Hyphen Media, Randi is paving the way for underrepresented executives and talent to have a voice across new media and marketing industries, owning the intersection of media, technology, entertainment, and culture. Recent clients include HBO, Adobe, Marriott, eBay and more.

  • Caitlin Fitzpatrick (she/her)

    has a dream-big-take-action mindset, with an improvise-and-experiment-your-way-through ethos.

    She is a partner at Bold Woman Brands, and is passionate about helping clients find their way in the wild world of social media. Caitlin’s favorite thing about social media is…SNL on Instagram.
