2024: Let's do this!

Why hellloooooo BWB family and friends, 

We're not sure about you, but we are loving the energy so far in 2024. We are entering this year feeling refreshed, recharged, and frankly: excited about the upcoming year. It also happens to be BWB's *official* FIVE YEAR anniversary. Can you believe it? Were toasting the celebration of how much we've learned and grown over the past five years and are so freakin' pumped for what is to come. 

We met in early January at Ellingwood Farm to set some goals, revisit our finances, and get our creative juices flowing. Having the time and beautiful space was the exact medicine we needed to get clear and relax. We could not have picked a better place to spend our time and are thrilled to be hosting our 2024 April Creative Retreat there. 

Partnering has always been a central theme for BWB and we're going all in on partnership. In 2024, we are launching:

• a creative + strategic referral network: this will be an expansion of our creative collective. Our goal has always been to help other small businesses grow their businesses, and we are leveling up this year.

• BWB partner up training and workshops for/with agencies, organizations, and businesses - at the intersection of creativity, confidence, and collaboration. More on this to come! 

• partner UP scholarship program: an opportunity for one entrepreneur to work with BWB on an ongoing basis to take their idea to reality. We're accepting applications starting: today! We welcome your application and would appreciate if you could spread the word to others through forwarding this email, sending the link, or sharing on your social channels.

This year on the Questions to Hold podcast, we will kick off with the "Unpacking Partnership" Series. This collection of episodes will feature some of our mentors, partners, and collaborators, where we dive into some of the biggest questions and mysteries in partnership. We hope you'll take a listen!
