LUKA’S, a newly opened fast casual Italian restaurant and bar in Troy, New York’s River Street Market, approached BWB to create a visual brand identity that embodied their slogan: old school ideas with a fresh take. With many of the BWB team members having spent most of their career pre-BWB in food marketing, this project gave us a real opportunity to flex our muscle to help launch LUKA’s with style. We pulled in a graphic style that gave a nod to the traditional Italian signage that owners Luke and Katie (get it, LuKa’s) loved so much, while keeping the look and feel current, modern and vibrant. This classic red helped LUKA’s stand out among other vendors in the food hall and in the thriving local food scene. Core ingredients took center stage showing LUKA’s commitment to sourcing the highest quality products.
